Mr. Johnson obtained his first LL.B. from the University of Kent at Canterbury in the United Kingdom and his second LL.B from the University of New Brunswick. He was also granted an Honours B.A. in History from McGill University. After articling at Soloway Wright in Ottawa, Canada, Mr. Johnson was admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 1998 and subsequently started his own practice.

Mr. Johnson is a member of the Association des Juristes d’Expression Française de l’Ontario and the “American Society of International Lawyers”.
